Melinda Sungenis Named President of The TASA Group, Inc.

The TASA Group, Inc., a provider of independent testifying and consulting experts nationally and internationally, has named Melinda S. Sungenis its new president, effective January 1, 2010. Ms. Sungenis most recently served as vice president of operations. As president of The TASA Group, she will head the TASA, TASAmed, and TASconsulting divisions.

Ms. Sungenis joined the company in 1984 and has held many supervisory and management positions. "She has been a vital part of our growth and success, and we are pleased to see her in this important role," said Jay Rosen, Chairman and Co-Founder of The TASA Group.

Suzanne M. Olita, who joined The TASA Group in 1976, will retire as president, but remain as CEO. "Ms. Olita has led The TASA Group through a great period of innovation, and her contributions are at the core of the company's success," Rosen commented.
