LOS ANGELES, Dec. 8 - Heffernan Insurance Brokers, one of the largest independent brokerage firms in the United States, today announced that it has hired Cecille Feliciano as Vice President in its Los Angeles office. In this capacity, Feliciano will be focusing on employee benefits, new business development, and account management for employers in Southern California.
Cecille brings fifteen years of employee benefits industry experience to Heffernan. She has worked at both United Healthcare and Prudential Insurance, as well as several national brokerages.
