Stream Global Services Appoints Vice President of Product Management

Stream Global Services, Inc., (NYSE Amex: SGS), a premium business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider specializing in customer relationship management for Fortune 1000 companies, today announced that it has appointed Michelle Brown to vice president of product management. Based in the company's Scottsdale, Arizona office and reporting directly to vice president of global marketing, Karen Falcone, Ms. Brown will be responsible for defining and ensuring the successful release and maintenance of Stream Global Services' products and defined service offerings.

Ms. Brown comes to Stream as a result of its recent merger with eTelecare Global Solutions, which closed on October 1, 2009. While at eTelecare, Ms. Brown held the position of vice president of service delivery and was instrumental in defining and delivering the company's proprietary sales methodology. In her new role at Stream, Ms. Brown will cultivate and refine that sales methodology and ensure its effective delivery to Stream's extensive client base.

An accomplished sales and marketing executive, Ms. Brown brings more than 15 years of strategic client services experience to Stream. Prior to her work with eTelecare, Ms. Brown served as vice president of client services for a leading sales and relationship management organization specializing in customer communication solutions. Her career also includes numerous senior-level management positions in several leading sales and marketing consultancies where she continually drove customer and client value.

"We are very excited to welcome Michelle to Stream's experienced sales and marketing team. Her track record of success in developing clearly defined sales programs within the BPO industry, coupled with her deep understanding of client needs and product requirements, make Michelle the ideal person to lead Stream's product development efforts," said Stream's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, R. Scott Murray. "It is very important that Stream continually expand our service offerings and ensure that the delivery of these offerings is optimized across all our global service centers worldwide."
